Dear dancers, 

We have slowly been building a peer-led conscious dance practice group in Durham. Here is your invitation to join us.

Welcoming you to our Friday evening dance 31st October. I will play some tunes, and you can move your body. 

Arrive 6.45pm for a 7pm start together.

We aim to welcome you as you are and build the kindness of community here in Durham.

We ask that you attend conscious dance sessions with a professional teacher so you can resources yourselves for our time together (such as with Newcastle Dance Collective).
