There’s just over 10 weeks before Andrew Holmes’ 5 Rhythms movement weekend workshop of Hope at the Summerhill Clubhouse in Newcastle and there are places left.

Please note that Andrew’s open Wave on Friday evening is a separate event to the workshop on Saturday & Sunday so needs booking/paying for separately.

It’s been tough recently, hasn’t it?

Difficult territory to travel through, and plenty of uncertainty ahead..

How can we stay present

Embodied and alive

Clear-eyed and open-hearted, in the midst of all that is?

To move forwards with vitality and grace we need a sense of hope

Not fingers-crossed, head-in-the-sand wishing

Nor some unrealistic expectation that life will somehow shape itself to our desires

But rather a renewing openness in the heart and in the mind

And the cells of the body too

A growing into

A moving towards

An answering of life’s invitation

Something quiet and steady to help us out of bed each morning

To make the most of this and every moment

And give what we have to one another and the world ~

Andrew has been teaching the 5 Rhythms for twenty-five years. He studied extensively with Gabrielle Roth, and runs workshops in many countries. He lives in Somerset with his partner Sharon.

Practical Details & How To Book

Sat 19^thNov 11am - 6pm. Sun 20^th 11am - 5pm

Summerhill Pavilion, Winchester Terrace, Newcastle NE4 6EH

Cost: £110 (£95 if booked by Oct 15^th)

Fri evening - Nov 18^th 7 - 9.30pm. £12 (£10 if booked with weekend)
