Tomorrow night at the Heaton 5 Rhythms Group I will be providing the wave.

Expect trance inducing flow, angular staccato, mood shifting chaos, lyrical joy and meditative stillness.

Warm up 7.15pm, Wave starts 7.40pm

Suggested donation of £5, all welcome to come dance, nobody turned away.
