Hi All

Our first Live Rhythms of the autumn season at Summerhill this Sunday 28th September arrive 6pm, opening circle 6.15 into the dance.

Although we are just past the Equinox, I find it insightful to consider balance and opposites - light and dark, inner and outer, fast and slow....

In our dance we play with these polarities whether we are conscious of them or not and perhaps our dance is informed by the dance of others - and similarly in the music we create, leading and following, asking questions and answering, going with or going against. All is welcome.
