You are cordially invited to sit in circle with like-minded souls {four of us atm} and share from the heart, whatever is moving in you.  You will have the opportunity to take the floor and share without interruption, whatever is on your mind.  Free association.  

Also, it’s OK if you don’t want to speak on the day.  Your presence will still be welcomed.  This is a compassionate and trusting space, which will hopefully make you feel safe to share.  No agenda, no topic off-limits.  Offering space to breathe and be held with kindness.
