Please find attached the sponsorship / souvenir advert write up / rates that you can print out and distribute to your suppliers/ friends/ contacts.
I have hard copies if any one requires the same
Till now, there has been no contribution from this group towards sponsorships, please try and get as much as possible for all the CSR activities that need funding.
Guys & Gals, the event date is fast approaching and we need your total support and commitment to make this a grand sucess
