Good Evening!
Kindly note any transaction made to the "IHM Chennai Alumni Association A/c Golden Jubilee" Account is being maintained on records.
For Any transaction pertaining to Sponsor / Advertisement / CSR Money kindly request you to keep me posted on receipt of the cheque / DD / Pay order with all details of the same & details of contact person in that company. For online funds transfer kindly ask for all remittance details.
I am maintaining the Separate excel sheets for Sponsorship / Advertisement / Money donated towards CSR.
I also take this opportunity to inform you all that the presentation & details for sponsorship & advertisement is available for download from the following link http://madcats.co/?page_id=422 please send it forward to resource companies that could be our potential advertiser / sponsor.
With regards to the participants / delegates again please let your batch mates know about the event & ask them to get their pass online at http://madcats.co . One good way to do it is by posting it on your status message of your facebook account. With exactly 1 Month & 6 Days for the event we need to raise the tempo & heat up the process make more noise so that we get more participation.
