See the thread below, noting the attachments. Nathan Voss is the landlord of a 2 story building, with honey bees going in under the roof.  The renters are testy over the bees. Nathan doesn't want to spend a lot of money to have the bees removed, but is willing to have some amateurs see if they can do anything.

This may be a swarm that just moved in a few days ago.  Should be possible to drive them out with bee-go if you jump on it quickly.

He contacted me too, but I don't have time to check it out.
