The Dane County Beekeepers Association has published an Annual Colony Survivorship survey. Our goal is to identify those practices that make the most difference for beekeepers in our region and to share that information (survey results) with our members.
Last year we had 23 people contribute. I'd really love to at least double that this year, so I'm expanding distribution of the link. Here it is:
If you have groups of colonies that you manage differently, you are encouraged to enter the numbers and management details as separate survey responses. This should help tease out the specific factors that make the most difference in colony survival in our region.
Let me know if there are any questions about the survey.
Thanks,
Joe
