Hello,

I am looking into the issues on the website. I don't think she has seen the requests come in as I don't see to either. I'll reach out to Tena myself, I don't think it is a refusal.

I believe capital bee has an extractor they'll rent out.

I am happy to lend out my equipment for the time being. I will reach out to Tena and see if I can figure out what's going on.

Hello,

I wanted to follow up. I was able to get a hold of Tena and like me, she had not received any requests through our website. I was able to see the request sent to our general account and was able to troubleshoot the issue. 

For future reference, all club extractor questions can be sent to extr...@danecountybeekepers.org or you can make a reservation request online: https://www.danecountybeekeepers.org/club-extractor/. We try to not share phone numbers publicly as that is personal information which is why we have moved to an email system that ties to the website. 

The cost of the extractor is $10 unless you are a paying member. Payments can be made to our PayPal account listed on the website.

When the reservation is made, will there be a confirmation that the request was received?

Thanks for the question. We get an email sent to us with the request but the user doesn't automatically get a confirmation email (we would have to pay for that feature). Tena should be able to respond after she confirms the reservation.
