Bees under siding, Fond du Lac

Roberta recently had a honey bee swarm enter a hole in her siding, 7'-8' up. She gave a very good description of the bees - fuzzy, brown and golden - so it is clear they are honey bees.
Since it is near the porch, she would like them gone. If anyone can work with her, it would be appreciated. Contact
