Good call. Address is 7998 Shag Bark Circle. 

They are pretty high... maybe 20 feet up? But there is nothing really around the tree they landed on.

I don't have any used equipment unfortunately, this is my second Spring beekeeping so I barely just build a brand new hive in time for a split... and they still swarmed! :) I think they split because they weren't drawing out frames fast enough and ran out of space.
