I was wondering when a build server would be available?  I have a few neat projects I would like to compile for Google play :)

Would it be possible to add a server soon, I relise the work involved and would be willing to donate a reasnoble sum in order to compile the app :D  With best regards Puggster.

Hi OsUm

Sorry for the delay in getting the build server available, but have had a lot of work commitments recently. I can't give an exact time period when it will be available, but when it is available it is more than like to be a downloadable version you run local on your PC.

In the meantime I am happy to compile any projects you have created in Mad Robots AI I will  email you the built APK files. If you would like me to do this post you project on this forum and I will compile them for you.

All the Best

Having a build version I can run on my PC would be a dream! Any updates on this? Thanks, this is amazing!

Sorry for the delay.

First the bad news:
I haven't been able to spend much time on Mad Robots AI recently as I have had a lot going on so can't say when the build server will be released sorry.

The good news
One recent development in MIT App Inventor is a CDK kit (Component Development kit). This is still in the Alpha development stages at MIT and what it mean is that any the custom components I have create and others open source developers have created  like the sound meter component, live voice changer component, Sphero component and other components will eventually be able to be used with the standard MIT version of App Inventor. The advantage of this is that I will not need to release a build server, you will eventually be able to download my custom component and import them into your MIT App Inventor project and build the project from there. Please note this is still in the Alpha stages but can be tested. To find out more about it visit
