Good Morning to all !!

Wonderful interactions  we had yesterday !
It was encouraging and enriching !

Given below is the MOM point wise.

- Meeting started on time at sharp 6 pm with the recap of last meeting topics.
- Its really nice to see that every body is taking steps / baby steps to achieve what they have planned.
  ( Consistency is the key, without OVERDOING IT as pointed by Vinod sir )
- Implementation done by every member is encouragement for others too.
- Nice thing was sharing the experiences.

- How a partnership works in achieving the goal was shared by Gourav and Kunal .
- Constant motivation through the messages from Prashant , Gourav , Akshay are really good reminders to acheve more.

- Fabulous event we had together at Dr. Badiyani"s place, experience was shared by the attended team members.
         - Changes made in day to day food habits.
         - More awareness about what we eat and how we eat.
         - Nice info was shared by Akshay about the eating habits he learned from Gadgil sir.
         - Morning Fruit eating advantages shared by Alok.
         - YOGI - BHOGI - ROGI concept explained by Vinod sir.
         - Ahar - Vihar - Vichar - Achar Elaborated by Vinod sir.
         - Video shared by Vinod sir about how dreaming , Positive self affirmation , Consistency helped a runner to achieve his
           dream !
         - CALORIES..Wonderful video was shared to stir our own thoughts by vinod sir.

- A Book reading-
            - Wonderful Sharing By nilesh about the book about the management lessons from Shri Samartha Ramdas
          ( Mentor of Shivaji Maharaj) .
            The book is based on writings done by Shri Samartha Ramdas 1) Manache Shlok 2) Dasbodh.

            - The lessons shared were very apt about the management.
                   - People mangement
                   - Resource management
                   - Communication
                   - Delegation and empowerment.
           - As suggested by Vinod  Sir , we will present the book read by us through PPT. This will help us on
             our presentations skills and practice!

- We had a wonderful eating session too ! Home made Snaks ( by Ankita Verma)  Dhokla and Sandwiches alongwith    
           fruit juice

- It is Decided that we will have our next meeting on 2nd july 2013 ( Coordination will be done by Kiran)
            With Vinod sir we will have meeting on 26th july 2013   ( Coordination will be done by Kiran)

I am sure after every meeting like this is going to change us for better if we will implement what we have learned .
So I would like to urge that let us achieve excellence through implementing the Leanings !!

I feel so honoured to have visiedt your office dear Akshay. Meeting revered Dad was an icing ( fat free !) on the cake.

Please share AVVA model/paper with as many dear ones as you think you can.
