For June’s Mad Graphic Novel Group, we will be discussing Alice In
Sunderland by Bryon Talbot . It explores the links between Lewis
Carroll and the Sunderland area, with wider themes of history, myth
and storytelling — and the truth about what happened to Sid James on
stage at the Sunderland Empire Theatre.
As usual, please bring money if you are interested in chipping in for
takeout but also bring a donation (suggested £2) for the Madlab
itself. Hope to see you there guys.
