In the preliminary meeting we decided on the first 4 graphic novels
that we will be reading, these are;

1) From Hell
2) The Dark Knight Returns
3) Love & Rockets (Vol 2)
4) Asterios Polyp

Feel free to add suggestions of graphic novels you would like to read,
have read or have had recommended to you.

I'd like to ad that for those interested there is a pretty good write-
up of From Hell on Wikipedia (for a change) at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/From_Hell
It gives a nice bit of back story as well as explaining some of the
underlying themes.

Could I suggest Pride of Baghdad & We3 as a double read one month?
They're both about a fiver on Amazon so relatively cheap, both are
serious stories with animals & I think they would make perfect
companion pieces for discussion.
