Finder has some strange expectations on how directory functions behave
when dealing with the Trashcan, which makes it surprisingly difficult
to support a working Trashcan on non-HFS+ file systems. Stable MacZFS
had troubles with this for a long time, it got finally fixed in spring
2011 after 1.5 years.
Apparently our colleagues doing the new ZFS-OSX version missed that
bits, so CC-ing them.
Andrew, can you please open an issue report about this in our ZFS-OSX
tracker at
https://github.com/zfs-osx/zfs/issues so we don't lose
track of it?
