I think there are two (or maybe three) things at play. Running out of
memory is a definite issue. Need a better way to detect memory pressure and
react to it. This can be triggered by large data writes.

2nd issue appears to stall without any data issue, just having ZFS on home
directory. I have done some fixes in condvar and the reclaim thread that
might be related, but it is too early to tell just yet.
