Hey. Are we allowed to use publicly available image enhancement methods?

Dear Author,
You are allowed to use publicly available methods. However you are suggested to develop your own method/improve on the publicly available methods. This is to ensure your method performs well and can be included in the final challenge report in-case os top submissions.
