Hey MACURH!

I hope this finds you all well. Lucky for us, there will be a representative from the NACURH Services and Recognition Office (NSRO) at our regional conference this year. Please read the e-mail sent from the NSRO Director, Matthew Herman below. You will have the opportunity to submit the attached PDF Order Form by the deadline stated below and then pick up the ordered merchandise at the conference. This way, you will not have to pay any type of shipping fee, and you will be guaranteed your order at regionals.

Best,

Sammy

Hello Directors,

Attached you will find the Pre-Order form that schools can fill out, mail in with check, and then pick up at their regional conference. We are asking that all orders are sent in within seven (7) days of the beginning of their regional conferences, this would be:
Friday Oct 22 for SA
Friday Oct 29 for GL, MA, PA, NE, SW
Friday Nov 5 for CA and IA.

We will also bring extra stuff that delegates or school may purchase, but this is on a first come, first served basis. We will also not be bringing any extra Outstanding Leadership Pins or Bronze Pins, since we can't track if a school has already purchased them for the year. Only schools that pre-ordered these items will be able to receive them at conference. If you have any questions please email me or call our office.
