Greetings from AYINET.

 

I am sure you are engaged doing great work in your different capacities. I thought you might want to know about the planned International War Victims Conference, scheduled to take place in Uganda, this November 2012.

 

As we choose to move toward the just, peaceful and stable world; justice remains our uplifting hymns to the course. Considering how shocking the war around the world now targets at the already most vulnerable, helpless populations, war victim’s plights to be given global visibility that would galvanize the international community, and propel issues that has been sidelined at best, ignored at worst, to the forefront of global consciousness: the care and rights of victims of the most heinous crimes of humankind. This should lead to a substantial increase in capacity and support among the activists to allow the victims of war the much needed care and support.

Find attached the announcement and call for participations if you do so wish or knows of any person who would find this of interest, please share broadly.
