Greetings and i hope that this finds you doing ok,
amidst work and other commitments. Please find attached the latest list of
supervisor- allocation (it hasn’t changed much, just a few people who didn’t
have supervisors before, have been allocated new ones). I have also attached a
list of contacts (phone and email) of the respective supervisors. Let each one
make an effort to get intouch with their supervisors as soon as possible for
guidance. They should not wait for their supervisors to get intouch with them-
students should take up the responsibility of contacting their respective
supervisors.
Also note that most of the supervisors have now been
appointed and their letters were sent to them, as we are just waiting for confirmatory
communication from them (some of them have already sent in their acceptance
letters). This means that we are not sure about other appointed supervisors
that the institute had earlier allocated and talked to, whether they are still in
position to guide and supervise the students. However, the students should go
ahead with their work, as the institute is still trying to look for more
supervisors, as well as follow up on the appointment of supervisors who were
not appointed earlier on.
N.B- 1. please ask Okello Akera Thomas and Ocaya James Oballim to get intouch with
Mr. Akuni Job as soon as possible (as I don’t have their contacts).
2. Let Lumumba Patrick and Emily also get intouch with me as
soon as possible.
