BEDPE format

Hello,

The documentation says that macs2 callpeak can be used with (special) BEDPE format, but when I am trying this it says that BEDPE is not a valid format.

Hi Moshe,

You need to upgrade MACS2 to version  2.1.1. 20160226  or 2.1.1.20160309

https://pypi.python.org/pypi/MACS2

I suggest you use ‘pip’ to upgrade MACS2. If you compile MACS2 from source code, I suggest you remove the old MACS2 entirely first.
