Hello all,

Can anyone tell me how to give narrow & broad peak parameters in 'macs2 bdgdiff' program? As we can mention in macs2 callpeak with '--call-summits' for narrow & '--broad' for broad peaks.

Thanks in advance. :)

Hi Anupriya,

I think that the only parameter which is relevant in bdgdiff is -g which says how far away individual peaks can be from each other so that they are aggregated into a single (broad) peak.

Best regards,
Moshe.
