Embed Real Video

Dear

 

I want to creat a flash movie, in which a real video will embed in it.

How to do it ?

 

And if i want to embed a html on the flash movie (html displace inside the movie ) ,how to do it ?

can i define a area in flash so when button press, the html area inside the movie will go to other url ?
