(I note that xres is the only software I have which actually spools colour
print items, as opposed to jamming up the software while it is printing,
although I am wondering if it is designed to do so)
Also I note that xres isn't all that good at printing exactly the same
colours as they actually appear on the page. Is this something to do with
your discontinuance of Xres? Should I get another program to do this and if
so, which one? is it not supposed to work properly with an HP 882 inkjet
printer? It DOES print significantly better than Micorsoft photo editor
or Imaging but so far the only program which I can get to print even vaguely
as appears on the screen is the software which was supplied with the printer
(Microsoft Picture It) DOes XRes really only work on postscript (colour)
printer?
