Hi,
I have to add form elements to my help topics for getting feedback from users.
This requires a CGI script to recognizes the form elements. While I understand
that this is primarily the job of a developer, can anyone help me with a
reusable script so that I can work on my own.

Try http://www.scriptarchive.com/. I think the "FormMail" script is the one you need.
