Problem Generating Web Help - Robohelp 8

I'm using the Robohelp 8 demo, and am experiencing the following two problems:

I've created a help file consisting of multiple, although small Word
documents. The images show up fine in Robohelp, but as soon as I generate the
web help file, the images do not display. They are standard .jpeg format.

I'm also noticing that the font, while Ariel in Robohelp, turns to Times New
Roman in the outputted file.
