Can I output a .chm file without the TOC visible

I started with a .CHM file generated in X3 long ago. No project, so I
decompiled it. The way this was done, the first topic functions as a
TOC ... it's a shallow file with few links, back up buttons on each
topic. At least in the original CHM file, there was no TOC panel
visible.

I have made the few changes I need to make, but now can't find a way
to recompile without displaying the TOC panel. Am I missing something
simple here?
