FlashHelp Pro is an output format designed to be used in conjunction with the RH Server product. If you don't have this product there is no point in going anywhere near this SSL.

The idea behind using RH Server and the Pro SSLs is to get additional
functionality, including reporting on how many times your help topics are
viewed. See http://www.adobe.com/devnet/robohelp/articles/rhserver.html for
some info about RH Server--it's about version 6, so there may be some
additional features in current versions.
