The install thing freezes!

I tried a lot of times to install but it just doesn't work. (I also always
tried to uninstalled it)

My problem:
1. I go to the download page and press the yellow button
2. The other page loads
3. Internet Explorer asks if I want to install it and I press yes
4. On the place where the movie must come, I see a white box that says:
Shockwave is installing
Under it there is a white box
5. On youtube I saw movies where the white box is filling, but on my computer
nothing happens, it just freezes!
I really need help.
