I am getting the error "This application requires an Xtra (vector Shape) that
either does not exist or failed to initialize properly. Please make sure the
appropriate Xtras are in the Xtras folder(s)." and when you click on OK it
gives another similar error with the Xtra parenthesis name changed.

I am working on XP and on the same computer it works perfect for the local
admin user but whenever you do it with another user it gives the error. (Even
if that user is given local admin user rights). I am going nuts!

Please help

The link does not work. Is there an updated Link? We are having the same
proble, I am just trying to get a REAL FULL installer of shockwave with all the
xtras. The KB (tn_19523) had a link to the current download, which is NOT a
full installer, it does not even install what is on the kb article.

HELP!!

It works for me - I tested it before posting and just tried it again.
When you say "doesn't work" do you mean that you get a 404 (or similar)
error, or that what it downloads isn't the full installer (~9.2 MB)

What's with the %3E entity on the end of the URL you posted? What
happens if you remove it ;-)
Here's a tinyurl that hopefully won't wrap (being the reason I bracketed
the original in with <> characters)

Sean,

Thank you, it has been a Monday all week. I should have caught that. 9.07mb file, testing now.
