i?m looking for a solution to use shockwave without installation.
The reason is that many users only have a ristricted access to the
system - so they are not able to install shockwave themselve.
And this is very often a barrier to use the software.

Use a Stub Projector. This allows you to do all the same things but from an exe that you create in director to run your dcr files.
