Automatic Adobe Flash Video Search And Retrieval Utility for Windows-based
Mobile Devices
May 23, 2010
MobileTimes announces the release of its fully automatic flash video search
and retrieval utility FlashHarvester for Windows-based Mobile Devices.
FlashHarvester supports searching for Adobe flash videos (FLV files) from
diverse video hosting sites like YouTube, Google Video, etc. Users can
search for videos either by All Words, Any Words, or Exact Phrase search
term.
Any number of search requests can be made at once. Search and retrieval of
videos occurs asynchronously. The user can decide to retrieve either links
to videos, previews of videos, or full movies.
All searches are automatically saved to an offline database. Similar, all
downloaded flash videos, or their previews are stored either to the device
or an optional flash card.
In case of preview downloads, the user can specify the length of the
downloaded preview. Of course, individual searches can be customized by
various parameters allowing multiple searches in parallel.
Downloaded results can be viewed offline. The user again has the choice to
peruse the search results either by links, previews of flash videos, or full
movie downloads.
A Multi-Lingual User Interface to over 140 languages is available.
Support exists for Windows Mobile 5.0 & 6.x for the PocketPC/Professional
and SmartPhone/Standard platforms. Released as shareware.
