How do I post Flash files onto websites?

So, I have a "piczo" website...it's kind of like a more teenager
"freewebs"...and I wanted to know it it's possible to post my flash file onto
the website. It's a video but the video uploader the website provides doesn't
work when I try to upload it. And if I sent my flash file(.swf) to someone else
would they be able to see it if they have flash player 10 or do they need
Flash?
