SQL Connections

We recently upgrade to CF 7.0.2, which includes JRun ver 3.3 Build 92909.

Since that time, connections in SQL (2000 sp4) are not disconnected.
Eventually other requests start to be blocked in SQL, running simple select
statements on a view with lock. We have been restarting CF services and/or
killing the SQL spid. The only thing changing in our environment has been the
CF upgrade which modified the version of JRun.

Any suggestions?
