Help needed urgently

Hi, there. I hope someone out there can help urgently. Every time i convert a
document with e-mail addresses my Adobe Acrobat Professional does not convert
the entire link. For example

first...@company.com in the word file comes out as la...@company.com in the
pdf. You can see the entire e-mail in the pdf but only the part after the dot
gets converted. The problem is that when people click on the e-mail link in the
document they send information to an e-mail that doesn;t exist.

Please help, it's driving me crazy...I have tried everything my limited
knowledge allowed me too, but i am sure there is an easy answer out there.

Can't you manually create the links?
