FH MX-False email written and now:No Update. HELP

Hallo...

At the Register-Prozess i write a wrong email-adress in the Register-formular.
All the other fakt are OK.
My Problem now: The Website say that my Program was registred and so i cant get the update AGAIN !!

Possible the Update-Code go to the wrong email-adress i扉e written before.

My Question: How can i get the update for my Freehand MX ???

I扉e send a letter at the (wrong written) email-adress, but there came no answer.

I hope anyone can help me

Hi Peter

I had the same problem trying to upgrade from the UK. In the end I rang Customer Services in Britain and they sorted it for me while I was online. Try Customer services in Germany They wanted the 4 figure number that was on the email I was sent to confirm the upgrade.

Apparently the reason this upgrade is such a ridiculously complicated process is because they use the same online routine for this free upgrade that they use for people who wish to upgrade from earlier versions of FreeHand to the full new versions.

I can't see why it can't just be a free one click download like all other software producers manage to have when updating all the bugs they have left in the first generation new version software.

Just phone them up. I've had to jump through these hoops almost every time I had to reinstall OSX on one of my Macs, or when the boot drive was replaced. It annoys me to no end, this infernal product activation boondoggle, but it's still generally sorted out once you actually speak to someone and explain what you want to do. Call them. Operators are waiting... (;->))
