The meditations are primarily instructional in nature and briefer than most meditation sessions. Please use the downloads until you understand the practices and can practice on your own.

Traditionally, meditation techniques and the accompanying spiritual truths are offered free of charge. We embrace this tradition. All Active Meditation exercises and written materials are complimentary.
The app comes with free access to all of the guided meditations, which lasts for (I think) two weeks. After that, your access is limited to 20 tracks. You only need to subscribe if you want to continue having access to everything. When you select your subscription the amount you pay and the frequency are clearly laid out. There are no extra charges beyond that.
Meditation School is hands down the best meditation app I've come across. It's become a huge staple in my spiritual practice! David and Desi are top-tier teachers and hold my attention with ease. Love that the classes cover more then just meditation, but apply it to things like grounding, self healing, money and relationships, etc.
