This problem is your ram... downgrade it to 512 MB (like before) and
now it works!
I have the same problem with Fontographer on my PC. After deinstalling
the additional
RAM it works fine for me.
Another solution: Look at Fontlab and buy an Upgrade to Version 4.1.7.
This version works
fine with more tham 1 GB of RAM.
