wst_engl windows system font, help!?!?

Hi, I need a .ttf font equal to WST_Engl.fon to print a file in Excel;
well, this font is a monospaced one and has a great feature that I'm
looking for in a ttf font: increasing size of my text issues only an
increase of chars' height but not width. I mean, if I write "world"
sized 8pt and "world" sized 10pt the length of that word is always the
same while obviously its height is different... how can I do to set
this feature in a ttf font using Fontographer 4.1? Is there a way to
succeed in? Or do you know if already exists a monospaced font with
this feature?
