Custom Panels and Tabs

Hey,

I'm not sure what to search for so if this has been covered, pleose point me
in the direction of the posts.

Okay, I'm looking to do a couple things to the included containers that aren't
supported. First off I want a panel with all the same characteristics as the
built in version, but without a title bar. Second, is there a way to create
inverted tabs. That is, tabs that are on the bottom of the container instead of
on top.
