How to Run Transparent Flash Over Running Video

i am a visual Basic Beginner can any one help to to run transparent flash over running video. now this time am using msdxm.ocx media player to run videos when i use it with windowlessvideo it will go back to video and am not able to see flash file any one help me to solve this problem
