HELP wanted: on these symbols: é É à á

Hi

I've build a swf which retrieves text via a variable out of the html page.
works fine... only problem is that it's in French and strange text like: é
É à á, doesn't appear correct in the final output! i've included the
complete font file in the swf so that's not the problem. somebody told me
that i have to use other coding for these symbols, but i don't have an
overview of this coding.. know what i mean?

please help, need the files to be finished on monday.! whhhaaaa
