I appear to have bitten off massively more than I can chew and I'm looking for
some help if anyone has the time.
I have recently purchased a flash website template as I thought it would
simply be a case of opening the .fla in flash and then editing the text of the
pages to say what I want them to.
I am happy with the overall look of the site, so need to change nothing
technical.
It seems however that I was somewhat misguided, and other than one or two bits
of the page, I cannot see how to change anything.
The template is http://www.templatemonster.com/flash-templates/20763.html
Can anyone advise how to edit the restaraunt name, the button titles, and the
text on the dropdown pages as I'm totally lost.
Any and all replies gratefully received.

You should insist on getting this explained because that is exactly the kind
of support that is needed for a product like that. Shipping it without proper
documentation is irresponsible. Those people should know that their product
targets customers who don't have the time to study Flash, so they need to offer
support. If they don't, then they don't have any business being in business.
