SussexWeb requires an on-line streaming Flash5 introductory screen/ long
preloader for an online application we are currently developing.
The total duration of the splash screen will be approximately 150 seconds
(2-3 mins) in total (excluding preload time) and will in effect, be an
"on-line advert" for the rest of the application (which can be skipped if
required).
To make matters easy at this stage, we require marketing material *very*
similar to the introductory screen of balthaser:fx (www.balthaser.com -
promoting their on-line design environment) and Tender Responses should note
this fact.
The Tender award / decision will be made by Sep28th and the delivery of the
material (and source code) should be ready for delivery by October 31st at
the latest. It is assumed the production and delivery will require a team
rather than an indivudual, but this is not a condition.
Respondees should be prepared to work alongside our technical team and to
that end must be available either to work in-house or have regular meetings/
daily updates electronically/phone.
A script with audio/speech will be provided as will background music (a' la
balthaser) but substitute music is also an option.
Some graphics will be supplied (including screenshots) but this should not
be relied upon.

tender respondee" in the subject line with URLs to examples of their
material. A detailed Tender Spec will then be forwarded by Monday pm.
PLEASE NOTE:
We are looking for excellence in this delivery - real "state of the art"
Flash design and streaming that will attract industry acclaim as well as
impress potential customers. The successful applicant(s) will have
demonstrated excellence in this field previously.
