Hi,

I was wondeirng is there a way to use flash in a pipeline-ish situation? My
problem is...

I have a flash animation which say contains 3+ scenes. However I want one
designer to work on scene 1& 3 and another on scene 2. All scenes are part
of the same animation and will all use similar symbols (but of course some
symbols will be created per scene). Is it possible to get the 3 seperate
movies to join into one composite movie with each part divided into scenes
AND without creating duplicate symbols?

Thanks in advance

David,
not sure of any automatic method but....

edit/Copy Frames
edit/Paste frames

Select the onstage symbol.
Instance panel, click swap symbol to select only one version of the
duplicate symbols.
Delete the unwanted symbols.

Tedious, but should work.

Shared library is the way to go. Everyone can use the shared items and work
on separate movies,
