Depends on how much of their music you're stealing.
And what you're using it for.
And what you're using it for.
But I'm inclined to say you are probably infringing on their copyrights
which could open you up to a serious lawsuit.
I would recommend that you seek your music elsewhere.
There is royalty free music out there.
