creating a fade in/out flash image

hi

I wish to create a flash image that has text fading in and fading out, the
text should run consecutively and on a loop (with approx 10 titles).

I wish to have a specific background colour as well - would i do this in
actionscript or using flash images.

This text has to fit within a specific height / width on a html page.

Can anyone point me to any examples or relevant tutorials. I need to get this
mocked up quite quickly so any help would be appreciated.
