I was wondering if there is a way to create the effect of the onion skin
in a swf movie without manually doing a frame-by-frame dealie.
Does anyone know?
Thanks,

The way that I have done this in the past is quite simple, but doesn't work
ALL of the time....
If you have an existing tween that you would like to onion skin, create a
new layer, say onion1.....
copy everything you want to skin, and paste it onto onion1....but one frame
later than the original....
next, on onion1, right hand click on the object you want to skin, select
properties, colour effect and alpha.
reduce the alpha by about 40%.
Thats just about it really, you get kind of a shadow effect....to give it a
more realistic effect repeat this process 2 or 3 times, reducing the alpha
further and further, so you get kind of a trail effect.....
hope it works for you!!

:Another way to do it, though similar, is to make multiple layers, copying
